Property Scouts - How To Order

Step 1: Register an account

Please register and create an online account by following the 'REGISTER' link at the top right of the site.

Note that your account will only be active once you have received a confirmation email.

Step 2: Place your order

Once you have registered an account, choose the title of your course from the black navigation bar and select your product(s), then follow the shopping cart steps through to final payment section.

Once we have received notification of your order, we will contact you to confirm:

  • Availability of your selected product(s)
  • Pricing
  • Lead times
  • Any other relevant information

Once all details have been confirmed a proof will be provided for your final signoff. This will be the last chance to make changes before manufacturing.

Step 3: Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 nationwide. All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person.

  • Goods lost and damaged after receipt by the carrier are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.

Samples

  • All clothing samples must be returned in the condition received. Tags to remain on the garment. Garment to be folded and returned to the same packaging.
  • Samples must be returned within 10 working days or they will be charged out.
